How we work
A simple, proven process. No bureaucracy, but with clear checkpoints — so the client always knows what stage the project is at, what is already done and what comes next.

Estimate and proposal
We prepare a work breakdown, a timeline and a cost estimate, and propose a form of cooperation: fixed scope, time and materials, or a dedicated product team.

Design
Solution architecture, stack selection and the technical specification. On complex projects — UX mockups and an infrastructure diagram.

Iterative development
Two-week sprints with a demo at the end of each. You see a working product from an early stage and can correct the direction as it goes.

Testing and acceptance
Automated and manual tests, load testing on the critical modules, and handover of artefacts and documentation.

Launch and support
Deployment on your infrastructure or ours. A warranty period and optional long-term maintenance afterwards.
